How to make Lucknow Seekh Hot Dogs
Step 1
In a non-stick pan, pour oil and heat. Thaw the frozen chicken seekh kebab and fry from all sides.
Step 2
Next, add fresh cream, green chutney, mint mayonnaise, and 1 tablespoon regular mayonnaise and mix well.
Step 3
Cook until the seekh kebabs are well coated with chutney. Turn off once done.
Step 4
Now, slit open the hot dog buns, and arrange lettuce on it. Add the onion slices and top with the coated chicken seekh kebabs.
Step 5
Now, mix together mustard sauce and 1 tbsp mayonnaise and add it on the seekh kebab. Drizzle the peri peri masala and serve hot.
