Purple Margarita

Looking for a refreshing blend of tropical flavours with a hint of Jamun pulp, coriander, tequila and lime juice. This refreshing drink can make your brunch parties special. There’s no denying that the addition of activated charcoal used to rim the drink adds a punch of smokiness. INGREDIENTS

1/4 black jamun

4 sprigs coriander leaves

3 1/2 tablespoon tequila

15 ml triple sec

15 ml lemon juice

0 coriander leaves as required

How to make Purple Margarita

Step 1

In a blender, add all the ingredients for the margarita along with some ice. Blend until the infusion is combined well and there are no ice chunks.

Step 2

Take a Margarita glass and coat the rim of the glass with first, some lemon juice to stick the activated charcoal on its rim. Add in the blended mix and top it with coriander leaves for garnish.
