Prawn with Lemon Quiche

Need a fancy dish to serve at your Christmas party? Try this scrumptious recipe of Prawn with Lemon Quiche that you can easily make at home and impress everyone with your culinary skills. You will need Filo sheets to make the pastry puff, but if you can't find them, you can use any other type of pasty sheets as well. INGREDIENTS

210 gm prawns

4 tablespoon green onion

1 tablespoon dill leaves

1 teaspoon lemon rinds

4 egg

2 filo sheets

1/4 cup low fat milk

1 tablespoon virgin olive oil

15 gm parmesan cheese

2 tablespoon green pea split

How to make Prawn with Lemon Quiche

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Step 2

In bowl, add clean prawns, green onions, pea paste, dill and grated lemon rinds. Mix well to combine. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and cook this mixture in it until the prawns are cooked.

Step 3

Place 1 filo sheet on a flat surface. Spray with oil. Place the other filo sheet on it and again spray with oil. Roll the sides a bit to make a pastry puff.

Step 4

Place the pastry puff on a baking tray. Whisk the eggs, grated parmesan cheese and milk in a bowl. Pour it all over the pastry puff and bake it for 35 minutes.

Step 5

Once baked, place the cooked prawns on it and serve hot.
