2 tablespoon gluten free pasta
1/2 cup black beans
7 jalapeno
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
0 salt as required
How to make Mexican pasta and blackbean salad
Step 1
To begin with this easy recipe, boil the pasta with some salt and oil. In this recipe we are using boiled pasta. Transfer the boiled pasta to a bowl.
Step 2
Next, add in the sliced jalapenos along with boiled black beans and toss well.
Step 3
Lastly, add in the lemon juice, siracha mayo and Mexican spices, in case you don't have siracha mayo, you can mix normal homemade mayonnaise with siracha sauce to make this dish. Mix it all together and season with salt and enjoy.
