1 cup croissant
1/4 cup baby spinach
0 salt as required
1 slice cottage cheese
1 small avocados
0 black pepper as required
1/2 zucchini
2 Pinches chilli flakes
1 tablespoon butter
How to make Avocado Cheese Sandwich
Step 1
To begin with this recipe, cut the croissant into equal halves and spread butter.
Step 2
Take the avocado flesh and mash it with salt, black pepper and red chili flakes. Mix it well.
Step 3
Spread this avocado mix on both parts. Wash and place the zucchini slices and spinach leaves. In the meantime, grill a cottage cheese steak with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Lastly, add more layers, season the sandwich as per taste. Bake for 5 minutes and enjoy!
