How to make Pineapple Cookies
Step 1
Add butter (at room temperature) and sugar to a pan. Mix them together till light and fluffy in texture.
Step 2
Sieve the flour into the butter-sugar mixture.
Step 3
Now fold the flour into creamed butter gradually. Add chopped pineapple bits and pineapple essence. Mix well to make a cookie dough.
Step 4
Pinch out small portions from the dough, give the shape of a cookie and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degree centigrade for 15-20 mins.
Step 6
Once the cookies are baked, take them out of the oven and let them cool down. Pineapple Cookies are now ready to be served.
