INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoon ragi flour
1/2 cup semolina flour
0 salt as required
1 handful coriander leaves
1 onion
3 green chilli
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
2 Pinch baking soda
1/2 cup yoghurt (curd)
How to make Ragi Cheela
Step 1
To begin with this recipe, take a large bowl and whisk the curd and add semolina flour and ragi flour.
Step 2
Whisk the batter well and add in all spices.
Step 3
Wash and chop the veggies and add them to the batter follwed by corinader leaves. Allow the batter to ferment for 30-45 minutes.
Step 4
Next, mix it well and heat a pan. Add oil and pour a laddle, spread it like a pancake and allow it to cook.
Step 5
Next, cook the Cheela by flipping sides and repeat with rest of the batter. Serve hot!
