1 cup quinoa

1 cup spinach

1 teaspoon garlic paste

1 teaspoon mustard oil

1 Pinches black mustard seeds

0 salt as required

0 black pepper as required

2 dry red chili

How to make Spinach Quinoa Bowl

Step 1

To begin with this recipe boil quinoa in water, drain the excess water and keep it aside. In the meantime blanch the spinach leaves.

Next, take a pan and add mustard oil followed by mustard seeds, red chilies, garlic and toss.
