INGREDIENTS

50 gm powdered sugar

150 gm khoya

1/2 teaspoon green cardamom

75 gm gulkand

How to make Gulab Modak

Step 1

Grate Khoya and mix together with sugar and elaichi powder.

Step 2

Divide the mixture into small equal sized roundels. Stuff each with a pinch of gulkand and again roll between your hands to make balls.

Step 3

Put the stuffed roundel into modak shaped mould and set the shape.

Step 4

Take out and serve with garnish of dry rose petals or fresh rose petals.
