INGREDIENTS

4slicesbread slices

1/4cupcheese cubes

2slicescheese slices

2cupvirgin olive oil

1/2cupcapsicum (green pepper)

1/4teaspoonblack pepper

1teaspoonspice oregano

How to make Bread Cheese Lollipop

Step 1

To prepare this delicious snack, take bread slices and roll them thinly. Then, cut the bread into thin sheets.

Step 2

Just like bread, cut the cheese slices into thin pieces.

Step 3

Next, align the cheese slices on top of the bread slices one by one, and add finely chopped capsicum in it along with some grated cheese. You can take parmesan cheese as well for this step.

Step 4

Now, season these slices with some oregano and black pepper powder. You can also use chilli flakes, if you like it spicy. For kids, make sure not to add chilli flakes and instead go ahead with black pepper.

Finally, roll the bread and insert a stick to create a lollipop shape. Repeat to make more such lollipops.

Finally, put a kadhai or deep pan on medium flame and heat oil in it. Once the oil is hot enough, deep fry the bread lollipops and put a kitchen towel on a plate. Then strain the extra oil in it.

Step 7

Finally, when all the lollipops are done, season them again with some oregano and serve with tomato ketchup.
