Zen Avacado Toast

INGREDIENTS

1tablespooncream cheese

1avocados

1tablespoontomato

1tablespoononion

salt as required

1Pinchblack pepper

1teaspoonlemon juice

microgreens as required

1leavesbasil

1tablespooncheese- feta

How to make Zen Avacado Toast

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 150°C. Place one side of the bread on a baking tray and toast it gently for 2 minutes.

Step 2

Mash a whole avocado coarsely and add chopped tomatoes , onions, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and some chopped coriander leaves.

Step 3

Place the toasted bread on a plate and put some cream cheese, and the avocado mash on top. Sprinkle some crumbled Feta on top, some mixed seeds and garnish it with microgreens. Add a few fresh basil leaves, and a dash of extra virgin olive oil and serve.

Step 4

To increase the nutrition, you can also add a poached egg on top along with mixed seeds.
