INGREDIENTS
200 gm pumpkin
1/4 cup melon seeds
1/2 cup low fat cream
3 tablespoon butter
0 salt as required
0 black pepper as required
1 teaspoon paprika
1 handful coriander leaves
0 water as required
1 onion
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste
How to make Creamy Pumpkin Soup
Step 1
To begin with this easy recipe, wash and peel the pumpkin outer layer. Cut them into pieces.
Step 2
Take a pressure cooker, add in butter cubes and add onion, garlic ginger paste. Saute them well.
Step 3
Once the onions are slightkly golden, add pumpkin pieces along with water. Pressure cook for 2-3 whistles.
Step 4
Once done, turn off the flame and open the lid. allow it cool down. Take a blender and blend the whole soup along with melon seeds and keep aside.
Step 5
Take a pan and add butter, pour the blend and add whisked low fat cream. Garnish with corinader leaves and serve hot.
