How to make Sooji Kheer
Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan. Add roughly chopped almonds, pistachios, cashews and raisins. Roast for 2-3 minutes. Now take out the roasted nuts in a bowl.
Step 2
Add 1 tbsp ghee to the same pan. Add sooji, mix and roast on a medium flame for just a few minutes, until the sooji turns crumbly.
Step 3
Now add milk and sugar to the pan. Let the milk come to a boil. Now mix and cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes.
Step 4
Add a pinch of cardamon powder along with roasted nuts. Cook for last two minutes and switch off the flame.
Step 5
Your Sooji Kheer is now ready to be served. Enjoy!
