How to make Creamy Mango Chia Pudding
Step 1
To begin with this easy delicacy, wash and peel the mangoes. Then cut them into small chunks and make a smooth puree.
Step 2
Take a bowl and mix chia seeds with warm coconut milk, honey and a dash of cinnamon. Toss it well and soak overnight.
Step 3
Take it out in the morning and assemble the dish by pouring the fresh mango puree and topping it up with chilled coconut chia pudding and fresh mango chunks followed by almonds, repeat the layers and refrigerate for an hour to enjoy.
