How to make Baked Crab
Step 1
Put a pan over medium flame and heat oil in it. Add chopped garlic, onion and celery.
Step 2
Add shredded crab meat in the pan and sauté for a minute or two.
Step 3
Add white sauce and fresh cream to the pan and continue cooking on low flame for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Next, season the crab meat with thyme, salt and pepper. Finish with grated Parmesan cheese.
Step 5
Now, clean and blanch the crab shells, spoon the stuffing into the shells and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Put these in the microwave oven and grill until the cheese melts and turns golden brown.
