200 gm small potatoes with skins
0 salt as required
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
0 water as required
2 handfuls coriander leaves
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dry mango powder
2 tablespoon lemon juice
0 refined oil as required
4 green chilli
How to make Fried Masala Potatoes
Step 1
To begin with this easy recipe, wash the potatoes and keep aside.
Step 2
Take a pan and add oil to the pan, once the oil is hot enough, add garlic cloves and potatoes, toss the potatoes.
Step 3
Once the potatoes turn brown, add spices, coriander, lemon juice and green chilies. Stir fry the potatoes and serve with a dip.
