1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
0 salt as required
2 cucumber
1 handfuls coriander leaves
2 green chilli
How to make Cucumber Chickpea Salad
Step 1
To begin with this easy recipe, wash and peel the cucumbers. To make this recipe we are using boiled chickpeas, if you like it to be more crunchy, you can also use soaked chickpeas.
Step 2
Next, take a large bowl and add lemon juice along with spices and herbs, whisk it well. Add in boiled chickpeas and cucumbers. Toss it well and enjoy.
