4 iilish fish
0 turmeric as required
0 salt as required
1/2 cup mustard oil
1/4 teaspoon red chilli
How to make Ilish Bhaja
Step 1
To begin with this simple recipe, wash and clean the fish. Remove the scale and rinse under cold water, drain the water and keep it aside.
Step 2
Next, take the fish on large tray, sprinkle salt, turmeric and red chili powder. Marinate the fish nicely. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Take a kadhai and add oil, heat it over medium flame. Once the oil is hot, place the fish pieces in the oil. Allow it to cook in the oil. Flip the side and cook it properly, this fish will also release oil.
Step 4
Serve the crispy fish with steamed rice, hot mustard oil, green chilies and salt. Enjoy
