How to make Egg and Cottage Cheese Bowl
Step 1
To make this quick recipe, wash and peel the veggies and finely chop the coriander leaves.
Step 2
Next, take a pan and add butter, minced garlic and green chilies. Add in the veggies.
Step 3
Crack open the eggs and crushed Chena along with some spices like red chillies, garam masala, salt and pepper. Stir fry this dish and serve hot with bread toast, roti or tortilla. Enjoy
