How to make Mango Mousse Pudding
Step 1
Make a puree using the mangoes and ginger. Blend in a blender until smooth and keep it aside.
Step 2
In a bowl, whip the cream until it forms soft peaks. Into the whipped cream, carefully fold in the mango mixture until fully combined.
Step 3
Dissolve the gelatin in water and gently pour it into the mango and cream mixture. Mix well and leave to chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Whip the egg whites in a clean bowl until they form soft peaks.
Step 5
Beat sugar into the egg white and gently fold it into the mango and cream mixture until everything is combined well.
Step 6
Pour the Mango Mousse into serving glasses and garnish with mango cubes. Enjoy!
